About Me

Hello! I am Andrew Storch, a graphic designer with over 3 years of experience in a wide variety of professional settings. I have worked in small studios, as an in-house designer, and as part of large creative teams. I graduated with a BFA in Communication Design at the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts at Washington University in St. Louis. I have always been a maker: painting my entire life, building with legos, taking any art class I could, and always observing the visual world around me. In another life, I would be a scientist or researcher, as I love identifying and solving problems. For my designs, that means developing logical, unique systems that are both beautiful and functional. Discovering the "ah-ha" moment after iterating on a variety of design solutions is one of my favorite parts of the process. I enjoy evoking emotions and meaningful conversations with my designs and art. I often incorporate natural and analog elements in my designs, speaking to my love of materiality and the natural world.

Tending to my garden, coming up with new board games, making my own hot sauce, or biking (with my helmet on of course).
